Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of data and AI concepts, or demonstrated ability and interest in developing this understanding, with the ability to: Grasp how AI systems and large language models generally work, Collaborate effectively with data engineers, analysts, and vendors, Recognize basic risks, dependencies, and governance considerations.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic familiarity with AI, machine learning, or analytics concepts through coursework, internships, or early work experience.
  • Exposure to basic scripting, analytics, or model experimentation (e.g., Python, notebooks, low‑code tools, or similar), particularly in support of learning, research, or proof‑of‑concept work.
  • Exposure to prompt design or AI tools (formal experience not required).
  • Interest in data governance, data quality, or responsible use of data and AI.
  • Experience working in team‑based or cross‑functional environments.
  • Interest in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Support intake, tracking, and prioritization of digital agent and AI‑enabled use cases across the Data Office/Data IT.
  • Help maintain visibility into active, upcoming, and proposed digital agent work.
  • Assist with documenting digital agents, including purpose, users, data inputs, controls, and expected outcomes.
  • Support coordination of delivery activities such as requirements clarification, testing support, release communications, and adoption readiness.
  • Support research, experimentation, and proof‑of‑concept activities related to digital agents, which may include light scripting, prompt refinement, or basic model exploration in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Work with Data Governance, Technology, Risk, Security, and Architecture teams to help ensure digital agents follow Arch standards for data quality, privacy, security, and responsible AI.
  • Support basic lifecycle tracking for digital agents (from intake through deployment and monitoring).
  • Assist in preparing materials for governance meetings and leadership updates related to digital agents and AI work.
  • Contribute to documentation, operating materials, and artifacts needed to support pilot initiatives and future scaling.
  • Support coordination of Data Office/Data IT digital agents that serve AINA business needs.
  • Help act as a point of contact between business stakeholders and Data Office/Data IT delivery teams.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into well‑defined, governed solutions.
  • Help ensure AINA‑specific considerations (such as regulatory or operational needs) are reflected in planning and delivery.
  • Support transparency into how AINA‑focused solutions align with broader Arch and global initiatives.
  • Support enterprise and global data initiatives in coordination with senior data and technology leadership.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to reuse solutions and reduce duplication across segments.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed to support delivery and alignment with enterprise data and AI strategy.
  • Help prepare tracking views, summaries, and simple one‑page updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, easy‑to‑understand summaries for non‑technical audiences.
  • Support change management and adoption activities, such as FAQs, release notes, and basic enablement materials.
