About The Position

Adams MultiMedia is seeking two driven, digitally savvy sales professionals to join their team in Maryland as Multi-Media Digital Sales Strategists. This is a full-time, in-person role for individuals who are self-driven, success-oriented, and strong team members with excellent communication skills. The role involves building a book of business, earning trust with local and regional clients, and designing advertising strategies that deliver results. The company offers a comprehensive onboarding program, mentorship, national training, and field-ride assistance.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience.
Digital advertising sales experience is a major plus.
Proficiency in discussing SEM, SEO, ROAS, CPC, and programmatic advertising.
Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and managing a pipeline.
Natural communicator, confident in presentations and sharp in negotiations.
Self-starter who thrives in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Google Ads or Analytics certification.

Responsibilities

Support and develop internal digital sales efforts with direct involvement with sellers.
Prospect and close new business with a digital-first mindset (SEM/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Display, Video, OTT/CTV) and a print option.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover client needs and build effective campaigns.
Act as a trusted advisor by regularly sharing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and deepening client relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team to craft compelling, data-backed proposals.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
