The Digital Ads Coordinator role is a hands-on position within the marketing team in Lenexa, KS. This role focuses on the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. The coordinator will build and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, own reporting workflows, and apply AI tools daily to accelerate ad copy creation, competitive research, and campaign analysis. This position is ideal for someone early in their digital advertising career who wants to develop strong platform expertise and grow into increasingly strategic roles. The coordinator will work closely with senior team members who set campaign strategy, while owning the day-to-day builds, optimizations, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
  • Working knowledge of campaign structures (campaigns, ad groups/ad sets), bidding strategies, audience targeting, and UTM tagging.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with a detail-oriented, process-driven approach to work.
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with image editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

  • Familiarity with AI prompt engineering or workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in bridal, fashion, retail, or lifestyle marketing.
  • Exposure to budget pacing, bid strategy, or media planning concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid ads across Google Ads, Meta, and Bing under the direction of senior team members.
  • Monitor campaign performance and dashboards to ensure accuracy, flag anomalies, and maintain alignment with established parameters.
  • Execute keyword maintenance strategies, update creative assets, and manage UTM tagging, naming conventions, audience lists, and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and analytics teams to support campaign alignment and execution.
  • Gather campaign performance data and surface preliminary insights for senior team review.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist the Analytics team with tracking setup, including tagging and pixel implementation.
  • Support the creation of ad copy, imagery, and video assets, using AI tools to draft copy variations and accelerate production.
  • Apply AI tools in daily workflows for competitive analysis, campaign planning, and reporting—and contribute ideas for expanding AI usage across the team.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with platform specifications and campaign objectives.
  • Stay current on advertising platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in paid media.
