About The Position

Digital Activation Team members are responsible for handling inbound call requests from potential product customers and existing product clients while performing any applicable servicing requests within various online business banking systems. The role offers a hybrid and flexible schedule, which means there is an in office expectation of three or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the office location on the other days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • One to four years of client management experience

Responsibilities

  • Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.
  • Assist with the resolution of client issues or Banker questions during the Business Digital Deposit Application process.
  • Leverage applicable tools to assist in resolving and or escalating to the appropriate support channel.
  • Assist the customer through the application process, view and assist in uploading documents that may be required during review, and review next steps a customer may be able to take for a declined application.
  • Interact with clients and other departments to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Communicate to the client as appropriate.
  • Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.
