Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing, mentoring, and nurturing a diverse team in a fast-paced organization.
  • Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience.
  • Work with large data (Expert) sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data (Expert).
  • Technical and strategic understanding of programmatic display buying (Expert) required, particularly in paid search and display.
  • Ad Technology stacks and programmatic implementation processes (Expert).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies & tools (Web analytics, tag Management (Expert), ad servers (Expert), attribution (Expert)).
  • Strong Analytical (Expert) skills and understanding of ecommerce & retail KPI's.
  • Exceptional Analytics (Expert) skills, and confidence (Expert) acting on marketing data (Expert) and insights (Expert).
  • High level understanding of integrated media planning (Expert).
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing (Expert), experiences with this type of clients/or work on a B2B client a plus.
  • General knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies (Expert).
  • Digital certification/degree/seminars (Expert), such as Google certified desired and Analytics Platforms desired (Expert).
  • Google Analytics (Expert), YouTube (Expert) and Facebook campaign setup (Expert) knowledge - not mandatory, but an important plus.
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party verification tools (Expert), including DoubleVerify (Advanced).
  • Hands-on experience with Data Visualization Tools, including Tableau (Expert).

Responsibilities

  • Creating and driving best-in-class programmatic media strategies that align with client objectives across search, display, social, and video channels.
  • Leading digital innovation and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Providing inputs and guidance on campaign design and optimal use of demand side platforms.
  • Working closely with the Tactical Planning team to ensure efficient and effective coordination of campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization.
  • Collaborating with the Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients.
  • Implementing Business Intelligence tools and new capabilities to enhance campaign performance.
  • Being accountable for client budgets and managing costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and global counterparts.
  • Participating and providing leadership in integrated media planning.
  • Delivering thought leadership on programmatic's role in the marketing ecosystem and providing insights on channel opportunities.
  • Leading communication of programmatic's tech/data needs with cross-functional partners.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of programmatic channel specialists, providing guidance and fostering career growth.
  • Directing and managing external agency and vendor teams.
  • Tracking industry innovation and identifying new partners and technologies for best-in-class channel strategies.
  • Participating in new business efforts.
  • Lead team utilize of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
