The Digital Accessibility Analyst ensures that digital products, applications, websites, and services are designed, developed, and maintained in compliance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, ADA/Section 508 standards, and EN 301-549. This role involves using a combination of automated scan tools and manual testing with assistive technologies to identify, document, and guide the remediation of accessibility barriers. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, provide guidance on implementations and strategic work, review work, and maintain documentation. They will also educate team members, manage vendor relationships, and identify process improvements. Additional responsibilities include utilizing automated scanning tools, interpreting ACRs and VPATs, documenting findings with actionable guidance, making compliance decisions, managing issue logs, partnering with designers and developers, advising on policies, and creating internal trainings. The role also involves managing and optimizing accessibility platforms by tracking compliance metrics and generating reports.
