About The Position

This is a full-time position at Morrison Healthcare at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center, an 116-bed acute care hospital. The role involves a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call remote weekend/holiday rotation. As a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, new grads are welcome. Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Specialty certification when required

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
