About The Position

Take the next step in your career with TouchPoint as a DIETITIAN, SPECIALIST in Nashville, TN! Location: TouchPoint at ST THOMAS MIDTOWN Setting: Acute Care Schedule: M-F with flexible start time. Weekend rotation is one Saturday per month. Some hybrid work available! Requirement: RD credentials Position Details: Position will cover a variety of Med/Surg units. Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Specialty certification when required
• Two years of work experience in specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
