About The Position

Take the next step in your career with TouchPoint as a Dietitian Specialist in Indianapolis, IN! This role is located at TouchPoint at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis, a 500+ bed, Level 1 Trauma Center. The schedule is Monday - Friday, with rotating weekends. This position requires the candidate to be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. The salary range is $70,000-$75,000. Other forms of compensation include a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 relocation allowance. Additionally, there is annual coverage of AND or ASPEN dues and a $2,500 salary increase for CDR recognized specialty certifications completed post-hire. Requirements

  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Two years of work experience in clinical care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
  • Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
