About The Position

We’re looking for qualified Dietitians to join our Texas Health family. This role is located at Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln. TX 75231. The position is Full-Time, with work hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, and includes rotating holidays and weekends. Requirements

Master's Degree Dietetics, Food and Nutrition or related area required
4 Years direct care experience as a Clinical Dietitian Required

Nice To Haves

RD - Registered Dietitian upon hire pref
LD - Licensed Dietitian 6 Months pref

Responsibilities

Utilizes each step of the Nutrition Care Process effectively and efficiently to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to assigned patient populations.
Promotes teamwork and supports organizational goals by demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments. When indicated, willingly takes on work to even out case load or meet schedule deadlines. Effectively collaborates with peers so that essential shifts are covered.
Promotes safe and effective care through effective communication and workflow practices, including the use of THR specific and High Reliability Organization (HRO) communication and safety strategies.
Promotes Quality in Practice through systematic measurement of outcomes, regular performance evaluations, and continuous improvement.
Maintains competence through ongoing self-evaluation and study aimed at identifying and closing relevant professional knowledge and/or performance gaps.
