About The Position

This role is for a Dietitian to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation teams at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. These are two separate per diem roles, with the goal of hiring one Dietitian to support both sites. The Dietitian will work with a shared patient population under Mass General Brigham, with closely aligned teams, workflows, documentation, and orientation across both programs for a seamless experience. The Dietitian will serve as a key subject matter expert within two multidisciplinary Cardiac Rehabilitation teams, supporting patients and families. They will apply advanced knowledge in the assessment, development, and delivery of evidence-based nutrition care plans, and provide individual and group education to help patients build sustainable, heart-healthy habits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree preferred
• Dietitian and Nutritionist preferred
• Heartsaver CPR AED Certification [CPR] preferred
• Registered Dietitian [RD] preferred
• Registered Dietitican Nutritionist [RDN] preferred
• Dietitian work experience, specifically in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, preferred
