About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Planning & Analysis, the Sr Advisor is responsible for the consolidated financial planning and analytical activities at HHS. This role establishes annual budget and forecast timing requirements, develops reporting and analytical best practices, leads the consolidation and holistic analytical review of the organizational results and conducts business reviews with senior leadership. The Sr. Advisor must have the ability to create meaningful written and graphical communications that translate complex concepts and datasets into simple, summarized communications for senior leaders. The role will work closely with other members of Planning & Analysis, Finance, Decision Support and members of the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate Degree in Applied Human Nutrition or College Diploma in Food Service Administrative Technology
• Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with the development and application of nutritional care plans in various populations
• Proficient in computer literacy skills for advanced technology specializing in Nutrition and Food Services, eg. CBORD
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, conflict resolution and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Pediatrics preferred
