The Dietetic Technician assists in screening patients at nutritional risk. Under supervision, they modify daily menus according to patient's diet prescriptions, implement nutrition care plans, and provide consultation to patients and families as directed. The technician is also responsible for documenting patient's nutritional screening/assessment information. In collaboration with the Manager of Nutrition and Dietetics, they manage and edit the CBORD menu system for the site.
