Requirements
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team in the Dietary Department.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Services Management and/or Long Term Care settings.
- Willingness to become certified if selected.
- Proficiency in utilizing various software or tools related to menu planning, ordering, and inventory management is advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational abilities.
- A passion for promoting nutrition and wellness.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification is a plus but not required.
