Requirements
- Dietary Certification
- 3 years kitchen management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a graduate of an approved dietary manager’s course that meet the state and federal care regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility a plus!
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the dietary department including meal planning, preparation and service in accordance with all proper practices.
