About The Position
Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare is looking for Dietary Cooks. Cooks are an important part of the Dietary team here at Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare. Cooks are responsible for the preparation of all meals served to residents and staff.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions.
- Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience.
- Must be dependable and demonstrate an excellent attendance and timeliness record.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
Responsibilities
- Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service.
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes.
- Wash, peel, cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat.
- Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.
