About The Position
Sherman Oaks Hospital is seeking a Dietary Clerk to perform clinical support functions under the direction of the dietitian. The role supports approval of therapeutic menu selections and helps ensure patient trays are accurate and served at appropriate temperatures. Sherman Oaks Hospital is a 153-bed, not-for-profit acute-care community hospital in Sherman Oaks, California, with more than 500 employees.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
Nice To Haves
- AA degree in Food Science or Nutrition preferred.
- One year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
