About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for resident social gatherings and meals, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of the start date.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas to provide a clean and welcoming environment for residents’ social gatherings and meals.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen while following safety and sanitation protocols.
