About The Position

The Dietary Aide serves meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking their dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role also prepares dining areas for resident meals and social gatherings, helps maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, and interacts with residents in a compassionate and supportive manner that reflects love, compassion, and dignity.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
• Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serve high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Prepare dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming environment for resident social gatherings and meals.
• Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Engage with residents compassionately and help create a warm, supportive environment.
