About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking their dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for residents to gather and eat, and helps keep the kitchen sanitary and organized in accordance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas to provide a clean and welcoming environment for resident gatherings and meals.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen while following safety and sanitation protocols.
