About The Position

Seaside Skilled Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Dietary Aide to join their food and nutrition program. This role is responsible for ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Seaside Skilled Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of comprehensive rehabilitation and physical therapy services for Southern Maine, located on Portland’s Back Cove.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary—we are happy to train you!
• All job offers are contingent upon receiving excellent references and passing the Maine State Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.
• Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
