About The Position

Come join us at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've provided spiritually motivated care for the elderly of Columbus for over 65 years. Caring for someone isn’t just a job, it’s a compassionate calling based on deep-rooted spiritual beliefs. We are looking to hire a Dietary Aide - Full-Time.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience required.
• Must be able to understand, read & write English.
• Must pass background check (after Job Offer).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents as they enter the dining room.
• Provide assistance with selection of foods.
• Serve all food to resident’s requests.
• Set/Clear/cleaning tables.
• High level of social interaction with residents is expected.
• Occasional assistance with cold food preparation under the direction of the chef.
• Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment.
• Sweep & mop floors.
