About The Position

Wyndham Residence is a premier assisted living facility dedicated to improving the lives of our residents. We are currently looking to hire a Dietary Aide (kitchen help).

Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
• Interest and ability to work with geriatric and disabled residents, positive attitude and strong team spirit, good verbal communicator.
• Must be at least 17 years old to apply
• Must have some weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen and assist with daily food service
• Deliver meal trays and plates to residents
• Retrieves trays at the end of mealtime
• Stock inventory and organize storage areas
• Wash dishes
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• Attend staff and in-service meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
