The representative performs necessary office tasks in an appropriate and timely manner, including printing reports, processing requisitions, and entering menus. They maintain food safety requirements according to HACCP and department standards, as well as a clean and orderly work area, ensuring compliance with health department and facility requirements. Additionally, the role involves serving patient meals, assisting with set-up, and preparing snacks accurately and timely according to procedures. The representative returns to the patient room within a reasonable period to pick up dirty trays and confirm patient satisfaction, while also complying with hand hygiene, patient identification, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
