Requirements

• AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
• One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
• County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
