About The Position

Performs essential and technical clerical duties related to nutritional care and food service patients. Responsible for maintaining patient cardex, preparing and modifying patient menus, tray tickets, and tallies. Works as needed on patient trayline. Calculates tube feedings and calorie counts. Posts charges.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma General Studies Required
  • Must possess a Basic Sanitation Food card or obtain one within 45 days of employment.
  • Computer knowledge preferred
  • Good customer service skills.
  • One year acute health care food service experience.
