Pay is based on experience, with listed technician rates of $22.16–$28.45 per hour, an incentive of $1.50 per hour, and potential earnings up to $31.60 per hour. Additional compensation may include a $1.00-per-hour second- or third-shift differential, a $0.65-per-hour CDL A bonus, quarterly safety bonuses, an annual $1,000 tool allowance, and a $150 boot allowance.
