About The Position

Our technicians are responsible for providing superb customer service by diagnosing, visual inspections, removal of parts and attachments, warranty repairs, performing preventative maintenance services, repairing lights and wiring, welding, cutting and other repairs. This position reports to the Service Manager, is a 40 hour a week position and is eligible for overtime. For well-qualified, proven efficient applicants, we also offer a flat rate compensation plan. This position also qualifies for a monthly bonus incentive based on your upsales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of diesel truck service experience
  • Three years of computer diagnostics experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Technical ability
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Professional dress
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts
  • Willingness to submit to a background check
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer drug screen
