About The Position

Diesel Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places with friendly faces while assisting customers and drivers. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, providing roadside services, and performing preventative maintenance. Technicians prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures. Work takes place in close quarters and varying temperatures, on a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed. Love’s pays for the required Department of Transportation medical card.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services.
• Provide preventative maintenance services.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
