Perform troubleshooting, service, preventative maintenance, and reconditioning. Follow proper warranty procedures and complete required documentation. Attend OEM and dealer training (online and in-person). Collaborate with drivers and co-workers to get the job done right. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Extensive experience as a commercial truck or diesel technician. Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and service software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Relevant certifications preferred. ---------------------------------------- SHIFTS AVAILABLE We have multiple shift options to fit your schedule: Sun–Wed, 7:00am – 4:00pm Wed–Sat, 7:00am – 4:00pm Mon–Thu, 1:00pm – 11:30pm Tue–Fri, 1:00pm – 11:30pm Mon–Fri, 7:00am – 3:30pm Mon–Fri, 3:30pm – 11:30pm Overtime opportunities available. ---------------------------------------- PAY & BENEFITS Compensation Structure – Commission‑Based Pay Plan This position offers a commission‑based pay plan, giving you the opportunity to directly control your earnings. Under this structure, you will earn 30% of the total labor dollars you bill each month. How it Works (Example): If you bill $30,000 in labor in a given month Your pay for that month will be 30% of that amount $30,000 × 30% = $9,000 in earnings This pay plan rewards productivity, efficiency, and high‑quality work. The more labor you bill, the more you earn—there is no cap on your monthly income potential.
