Diesel Service Technician
About The Position
Kocourek Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Diesel Technician to join its service team. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related systems in Ford trucks and commercial vehicles, helping uphold Ford’s quality and safety standards. The role includes routine maintenance, advanced troubleshooting with Ford diagnostic tools and service information, detailed documentation of work and parts, and staying current with Ford diesel technology and training. The position is in a supportive, high-energy service environment with modern, well-equipped service bays. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of diesel repair experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Ford Diesel Technician certification is preferred.
- Ford experience is a plus.
- Willingness to complete Ford Diesel Technician training if not already certified.
Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting using Ford diagnostic tools and service information.
