About The Position
Kocourek Ford is hiring an experienced and motivated Diesel Technician to service Ford trucks and commercial vehicles. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related systems, performing routine maintenance, and using Ford diagnostic tools and service information for advanced troubleshooting. The technician must ensure repairs meet Ford quality and safety standards, maintain detailed records of work and parts, and stay current with Ford diesel technology and training. The position is in a supportive, high-energy environment with modern, well-equipped service bays.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of diesel repair experience; Ford experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Ford Diesel Technician certification, or willingness to complete training.
- Ford diesel repair experience.
