About The Position

Ironclad Environmental Solutions provides waste management services and specialty-containment solutions to industrial sectors throughout the United States. The Mechanic maintains, diagnoses, and repairs company equipment to support optimal performance and safety. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment or vehicle maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• Submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strictly adhere to company safety protocols and standards.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience.
• CDL driving experience from military service is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
