The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for helping maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles and all associated functions listed below.

Requirements

• Possess basic math & English skills
• Possess hands-on mechanical skills
• Has great time management skills
• Has great problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with computer diagnostics & electrical systems (Cummins / International computers)
• Has Class A or Class B (w/ airbrake endorsement) Commercial Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Possesses a working knowledge of automotive repairs
• Performs routine car and heavy-duty truck preventative maintenance service
• Conducts routine equipment maintenance
• Supports general warehouse projects as necessary
• Conduct daily truck fueling
• Assist with snow removal as necessary
• Assist Fleet Manager with projects as necessary
• Available off-hours for road service (paid overtime) as necessary
