Requirements

Relevant diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance experience
A valid driver’s license
Be over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts.
Perform your work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
Perform safety checks on vehicles — the safety of every employee and the people in our communities is our number one priority.
Complete required paperwork, document parts usage, and account for repair times.
Support and collaborate with other technicians on project work as needed.
Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
