This role involves repairing automotive equipment, including trucks, carts, buggies, air compressors, welding machines, cranes, dirt equipment, and trailers. The position is non-exempt and reports to a Direct Supervisor/Foreman. Assigned duties are performed according to specific procedures, and work is checked frequently.

Requirements

High school or equivalent
General gasoline and diesel engine knowledge
Ability to diagnose and repair equipment
Organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work self-directed and alone at times
Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

Nice To Haves

ASME certified preferred
Technical training and/or industrial related safety experience

Responsibilities

Repairs automotive equipment, including but not limited to, trucks, carts, buggies, air compressors, welding machines, cranes, dirt equipment and trailers.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various automotive and heavy equipment.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Comply with company and client job site safety requirements.
