Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling Industrial Equipment/Machinery
  • Demonstrated ability to sell
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Problem solver
  • Organizational skills
  • Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Brilliant task and time management skills.
  • A “can-do attitude”.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluent in use of salesforce.com CRM system
  • Ability to write technical sales letters
  • Understanding of Corrosion Control Industry
  • Experience in the Supply or Inspection of Protective and Marine Coatings
  • Experience working with Industrial Sandblaster/Painters

Responsibilities

  • Grow and enhance existing customer relationships.
  • Find potential new customers and bring them on board with BlastOne in your designated group of clients or territories.
  • Establish relationships with senior decision makers in a corporate environment.
  • Influence specifications to maximize BlastOne opportunities with a long-term vision (6 months to 5 years).
  • Track long-term potential opportunities and projects that will provide business for BlastOne in the future.
  • Conduct proactive sales calls to create future business opportunities.
