In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and agricultural equipment while helping keep our customers operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

Experience in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment repair, or hydraulics preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
Familiarity with computer diagnostics is an asset; training available for the right candidate
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license required
Own and maintain personal set of tools required

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair construction and agricultural equipment across a variety of systems, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical components
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
Communicate repair recommendations and equipment status with the Service Manager and team
Document all work performed accurately and efficiently
Prepare new and used equipment for sale, including installation of attachments and components
Attend and successfully complete factory and manufacturer training programs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Deliver exceptional service that supports customer uptime and satisfaction
