About The Position

Academy Bus is hiring full-time Diesel Bus Mechanics of all levels at its Richmond, Virginia location. The role pays $23.00–$44.00 per hour, with pay based on experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time mechanics. The shift is 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., including weekends.

The position involves working on diesel buses. Candidates must have experience working on diesel buses, a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and their own hand tools appropriate to their level. A CDL is a plus but not required.
