About The Position
The Die Setter installs and aligns dies to prepare presses for production, verifies that safety devices are set and functioning before operation, and performs basic equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance. The role also operates equipment and produces parts as needed to support production, along with other assigned duties and special projects. The position is located at 2345 S. Byrne Road, Toledo, Ohio, and pays $24.12 per hour.
Requirements
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting stamping dies and presses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic math skills, including measuring in inches, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid forklift operator’s license, or ability to obtain one through company certification.
