About The Position

Safely make highly complex setups and initial sample complex setups on hydraulic and mechanical equipment in molding and sizing operations with minimal assistance. Efficiently operate equipment and make satisfactory adjustments to ensure product quality. Use measuring equipment and the information obtained from it to maintain controlled conditions. Provide active input to continuous process improvement, communicate job-related information to co-workers, supervisors, and others who need to know, and maintain relationships with other functional areas. Reliable, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position. This is a second-shift position.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience required.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years of experience is highly preferred.
