About The Position

Safely make highly complex setups and initial sample complex setups on hydraulic and mechanical equipment in molding and sizing operations with minimal assistance. Efficiently operate equipment and make satisfactory adjustments to ensure product quality. Use measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to maintain controlled conditions. Provide active input to continuous process improvement, communicate job-related information effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and others who need to know, and maintain relationships with other functional areas. Reliable, consistent attendance is an essential function of the position. This is a second-shift position.
