About The Position

PDF Seal is searching for a Die Cutting Operator to contribute to the success of our production of foil lids at our facility in Hauppauge, NY location. The position is responsible for operating a die cutting line. PDF Seal produces pre-die cut lids to seal cups and trays for both consumer and food service packaged products. PDF Seal is a division of Modern, a leading provider of cup and tray filling solutions for the food, beverage, and dairy industries, with systems capable of filling everything from dry foods to viscous liquid products into single- and multi-serve packages. Responsibilities

• Operate die cutting machine and inspect product before packaging
• Manage the production of the machine schedule
• Clean the die cutting machine
• Complete production charts and use the scanning system
• Adhere to all company safety policies
• Perform job according to written company standard operating procedures
• Report any product safety or quality concerns to your supervisor
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift
