Requirements
- Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level).
- Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances.
- A steady hand and a detail-first mindset.
- Ability to balance quality with production timelines.
- Reliable, professional, and a good fit for a team bench environment.
Responsibilities
- Setting diamonds and gemstones — prong, pavé, channel, and more — with precision and consistency.
- Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
- Polishing and finishing to production standards.
- Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
- Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.
