As a Setter 3, you are a master-level setter with deep expertise in complex and specialized settings. You’ll handle challenging assignments where precision, craftsmanship, and stone preservation are paramount. You set the standard for excellence in the manufacturing team.

Requirements

• Master-level setter with deep expertise in complex and specialized settings
• Ability to handle challenging assignments where precision, craftsmanship, and stone preservation are paramount
• Proficiency in setting all diamond shapes and side stones in high-difficulty settings
• Skill in executing detailed setting methods requiring enhanced precision and care
• Experience working on pieces where the standard piece rate does not reflect the time or expertise required
• Ability to serve as a quality benchmark and collaborate with peers to troubleshoot advanced settings

Responsibilities

• Set 10+ complex pieces per day, including colored stones and intricate designs
• Handle all diamond shapes and side stones in high-difficulty settings
• Execute detailed setting methods requiring enhanced precision and care
• Work on pieces where the standard piece rate does not reflect the time or expertise required
• Serve as a quality benchmark and collaborate with peers to troubleshoot advanced settings
