About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis unit. As part of a patient care team, the RN helps ensure safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients facing chronic kidney disease. The role includes paid comprehensive training, and dialysis experience is not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is a part-time position with three 12-hour shifts scheduled at hiring. Sundays are off, and there are no overnight shifts. Pay ranges from $33 to $45 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assess changes, and communicate them to physicians and families.
• Administer and document prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC and CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist with medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.
