About The Position
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join their team as Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs). DCI is a nonprofit organization focused on providing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. As a Dialysis RN, you will provide specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis unit, ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients. Requirements
- An accredited nursing degree is required

Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies, and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with the physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested
