The Registered Nurse in the Dialysis Department provides hemodialysis services for patients with various diagnoses. The Kidney center is the largest in the Valley, with 21 bays and a significant number of patients dialyzed 1:1 in ICU or for acuity. The multidisciplinary team includes Nurses, Physicians, Dialysis Technicians, PCAs, Social Workers, and Dieticians, all working towards the goal of transplant. The position requires experienced acute care dialysis nurses with previous bedside experience in M/S, PCU, or ICU. The role involves working three 12-hour or four 10-hour shifts, starting at 0900, with rotating weekends, holidays, and an on-call rotation. A flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential is offered. New Graduate Nurses with less than 12 months of experience should apply through the New Nurse Experience filter.
