Dialysis Experienced Charge Nurse

About The Position

DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its outpatient dialysis team. The nurse will provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions, coordinate patient care, monitor outcomes, supervise clinical staff, and support safe, compassionate dialysis treatment. The role involves building long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedules are typically three to four days per week and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience involving patient interaction within the last year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff, including patient care technicians (PCTs).
