About The Position

DaVita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its outpatient dialysis team. The role provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions and includes coordinating patient care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring safe, compassionate dialysis delivery. The position calls for a fast-paced, team-oriented approach and building long-term relationships with patients and families. Schedules are typically three to four days per week and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.
• Schedules typically involve three to four days per week, early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
